The Dragon was originally proposed by AndrewBrown as a supplement to/replacement of the Jabberwock and/or Turtles:

As the Jabberwocky seems to have had critical mechanical failures, and we've lost 25% of our turtles, I was pondering and came up with a possible suggestion of a monster.

The Wyrm/Dragon

Covered in scaly duct tape armor, a flail-like tail(?) and dangerous claws, the Wyrm is only vulnerable in the center of its black heart. The Wyrm does not seek out combat, seeking instead to gather an ever-increasing hoard of gold and items, which is conveniently located behind the store. It is dangerous and rare, and can, if it so wishes, grant items of power or a great deal of gold to those who slay it in combat.

I think it combines the armored aspect of the turtles with the fearsomeness of the Jabberwock, all in a less vulnerable to destruction shell. Of course, I don't think it would work to have a heart-sized hole in the duct tape; maybe something like the upper left quarter of his front side or something.

There was later discussion, but it didn't conclude anything definite, other than that it was a neat idea, but the mechanics needed to be worked out.
