Talk:Non-member

From SWILwiki

I wish "SWILkin" had a nicer ring to it. :( --FinlayLogan 16:46, 4 Oct 2005 (EDT)

SWIL "members" are far more commonly referred to as "Campus", "Campusfolk" and "Campus People", a usage specific, consistent and widespread enough (and different enough from the way Campus says "campus") that Arthur thinks it should be capitalized.

Arthur, I think you're confusing an ML usage for a SWIL one, which makes sense, because a lot of SWIL lives in ML. But I'd really rather this not be in the wiki, because, if anybody reads this thing, putting information here will be normative, like how a tradition will stay alive as long as it's in the Purity Test. And this is only true when the majority of upperclass SWILfolk live in ML, which I highly doubt will be true next year. -Jillian 11:13, 9 Nov 2005 (EST)
