Philcon 2006

The 2006 Philadelphia Science Fiction Convention was 17–19 November 2006, at the Franklin Wyndham Plaza Sheraton Philadelphia Center City Hotel, at 17th and Race in Center City Philadelphia. It's the 70th anniversary Philcon, so it's somewhat of a big deal.

Preregistration

Preregistration for Philcon is currently available at [1] (http://www.philcon.org). Note that there's a $25 "youth" rate for the whole weekend, if you're under 25 and can prove it.

Hotel room

Persons wishing to go in on a room at the con hotel (the Sheraton Center City) should list their names here. Rates are theoretically $87 for a Single/Double (one bed) or $107 for a Triple/Quad (two beds), plus 14% tax.

Programming

While there should be lots of individual mingling with fellow fen, there are some parts of the programming that every SWILlie present may want to attend together as a group. These should be listed here by any interested nominating party.
